Nature of the Service

The Company operates a lead-routing platform that connects homeowners with independent local service providers ("Business Partners"). The Company is not itself a contractor and does not perform installation or related field services.

When You submit a request through the Service, Your information is provided to one or more Business Partners who will contact You to provide quotes and services. Any work performed at Your property is performed by the Business Partner under a separate contract between You and that Business Partner. The Company is not a party to that contract.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Service.

The Company makes no representation of any kind: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information; or (iv) as to the qualifications, licensing, insurance, performance, workmanship, or coverage of any Business Partner.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not responsible for the acts, omissions, performance, workmanship, or representations of any Business Partner. Any dispute arising from work performed by a Business Partner is a matter between You and that Business Partner.

Information Disclaimer

You acknowledge that information presented on the Service — including descriptions of services, general timing references, and discussion of materials and systems — is for general informational purposes only and may change. Specific pricing, timelines, scope, and coverage are confirmed in written quotes provided by Business Partners after on-site consultation.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

The laws of the State of Maryland, excluding its conflicts-of-law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to use Our Service after revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
